We created Chefbay to give chefs the best chance of employment, using video CVs and video sessions, with the best rates of pay. Chefbay also gives chefs an outlet to cook the dishes they love, not just ‘what’s on the menu’.

Coming from the industry and owning, running and cooking in my own restaurants I’ve seen the problems within the industry first hand - including how chefs are hired, and the bonkers fees involved. So, we simplified the whole process. Now a business can log on to Chefbay and look at the video CVs of all our chefs, with no need to browse paper CVs or make numerous calls, etc... just use us to reduce the time and cost involved in finding a chef!

We also saw that there was a need for a one-stop shop where businesses can brand, market, package, network, and sell on a single marketplace… so we created one, offering a total solution for the food and beverage industry!

Calling all chefs!

Are you looking for work during these troubling times? We can help! We host live video sessions which can be held from the comfort of your own home to an audience in their own home. For more information on how to earn more money from these live video sessions, please email support@chefbay.co.uk.

Our sessions are online video tutorials for a paying group of people, or on a 1-2-1 basis. You will prepare and create dishes live online whilst answering questions from the audience.

Children’s fun/educational activities

We are proud to announce the kids programs we have going on at the moment which is keeping our nations children entertained and connected has gone off with a boom.

1: ‘Mini Chef Wars’ is for children between the ages of 5 and 15 and this is where we set baking challenges for kids to compete for a wonderful prizes. All children will receive a welcome gift in the post containing, dried ingredients with recipe lists for healthy meals and snacks, games, stickers and a whole lot more.

This is a free initiative fully funded by Chefbay because we believe that children should not be kept out of fun just because their parents can’t afford it..and the importance of the life skills cooking can bring, not only leaning to feed themselves, but such skills as timing, teamwork and being fused to follow instructions are all important life skills....

All held by some of the UK’s top chefs who have cooked for the likes of Pink, Steven Gerard and worked in establishments such as Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace and the list goes on.
